- Novokshonov A.A., Matsulevich T.V. Àñute intestinal infections - an actual problem of public health.//Consilium, 1999, ¹ 9, p.30-32.
The general questions of etiology, epidemiology and therapy of añute intestinal infections in children, and also use of probiotics for treatment of these diseases are examined. Schemes of application of the increased doses of Bifidumbacterin forte in treatment of various states of intoxication and dehydration, including at severe forms of añute intestinal infections are considered.
- Volkova R.S., Komarova O.N. Efficiency of application of Bifidumbacterin forte.//Medical Market, 2000, 34 (1), p.13-14
Results of application of Bifidumbacterin forte in children and adults in treatment of acute intestinal infections in states of a hospital are considered. The positive clinical effect is shown. It is noted, that faster restoration of microbiocenosis occurs at simultaneous administration of Bifidumbacterin forte and a sour-milk product "Bifidok".

The contents in intestines of bifido-and lactobacteria were normalized at inclusion of bifidokefir (Bifidok) in complex therapy of patients. Thus fungi of genus Candida and stateally pathogenic microorganisms disappeared. Elimination of shigelle, salmonelle occured more quickly, than in patients of group of comparison.

Comparative studying of change of the composition of intestinal microflora of children under influence of various sour-milk products is conducted. It is shown, that all products improve intestinal microflora, and especially a combination of their various kinds. It is noted, that application of such products can be effective for preventive treatment dysbiosis, proceeding without any clinical symptoms and not demanding treatment.

Influence of various sour-milk products on microflora of intestines of healthy children of early age.//Materials of Ist All-Russian congress with international participation «Nutrition of children: XXI centure», M., 2000, p. 57-58.
It is noted, that products containing alive bifidobacteria (biokefir, "Bifidok", "Antoshka-L", bioyoghurt) promoted an increase in a level of bifidobacteria in intestines of healthy children. The use of these products led to improvement of species composite E.coli and reduction or full disappearance of some kinds of stateally pathogenic microbes.

Technology created by JSC "Partner" of controllable cultivation allows receiving a biomass of bifidobacteria with concentration of more than 1011 colonyforming units per gram of bifidobacteria and with the high content of reserve power substrata. It provides intensive multiplication of bifidobacteria by manufacture of dairy products containing bifidumbacteria.
- Safronova A.I., Kurkova V.I., Matsulevich T.V., Murasheva A.O. Studying of efficiency of sour-milk product Bifidok in nutrition of children of early age.//Procedings of international conference.
It is noted, that high food value of the sour-milk product Bifidok made of milk, ripened by kefiric ferment in a combination with bifidobacteria, allows using it as supplemental feeding to healthy children of the first year of a life. Clinical approbation has shown its good tolerance and inhibitory effect concerning some stateally pathogenic microorganisms.

A.clinical experience of application of new sour-milk products in nutrition of children.//International conference «Probiotics and probiotic products in preventive treatment and treatment of the most widespread diseases of a person», 1999, the materials of conference, p.107
Clinical tests of the new sour-milk products containing physiologic for children of a combination of microorganisms are conducted. Their positive influence on state of microbiocenosis of intestines was showed in increase of the content of protective" microorganisms and inhibitory action on stateally pathogenic and pathogenic microorganisms.
- Kon I.Yu, The sour-milk products in nutrition of children.//International conference «Probiotics and probiotic products in preventive treatment and treatment of the most widespread diseases of a person», 1999, the materials of conference, p. 22
Wide experience of use of the sour-milk products in our country rendering essential influence on microbiocenosis of intestines, in nutrition of children is noted. So, "Bifidok", containing alive bifidobacteria, renders the expressed influence on increase of number bifidobacteria in intestines, suppresses growth of stateally pathogenic and pathogenic microorganisms.

Use in complex therapy of patients with dynamic constipation and an accompanying dysbacteriosis of a large gut of a sour-milk product "Bifidok" and biologically active additives promotes improvement microbiocenosis, clinical ssimptoms and functional state of a gastrointestinal tract.

Method for activization a substance of bifidobacteria for manufacture of sour-milk products "Bifidok" is offered. Used method allows raising activity and concentration of bifidobacteria in manufacture and storage of these products.
- Ervolder T.M. Preliminary activization of frozen-dried substance on development of bifidumbacteria in products «Bifidok».//The dairy industry, 2002, ¹ 12, p.41-42.
The way of activization of frozen-dried substance of bifidumbacteria is offered. It is shown, that products produced with such substance are characterized by higher titre of bifidobacteria. The tendency to higher rate of survival of bifidobacteria in the products prepared from the activated biomass was traced.

Existing variants of treatment of acute intestinal infections in children are considered. Classification of intestinal infections in which etiopathogenetic approach to treatment of acute intestinal infections in an initial stage of disease is provided and therapeutic actions constructed on a principle of posyndromic, etiopathogenetic and symptomatic therapy depending on severity of disease are offered.

Programs of correction of microflora by means of nutrition, and also applications of bacterial preparations are offered.

Frequency of occurrence and character of disturbances of microflora of intestines in adults and children with various pathologies: chronic illnesses of gastrointestinal tract, acute intestinal infections, acute respiratory viral infection, pneumonias and some nephrological, gynecologic and surgical diseases are presented in the article. It is revealed, that the most frequent part of disturbances of microflora of intestines in clinical pathology is deficiency of bifidobacteria. The role of bifidobacteria for an organism of the owner is covered, the basic preparations containing bifidobacteria and new developments of domestic researchers are presented, including new probiotics immobilized on charcoal bifidobacteria are presented. Advantages of correction of dysbacteriosis of intestines by sorbed probiotics containing bifidobacteria: Bifidumbacterin forte and Probifor are shownin comparison with Bifidumbacterin in various diseases, their clinical -morphological effect also is determined. Prospects of development of the combined and polyvalent preparations with immobilized probiotic bacteria are defined.

It is well-known, that the basic pathogenetic mechanism of development of an aqueous diarrhea in children of early age is increase of osmotic pressure in a cavity of intestines as a result of disorders of fermentative and absorption functions of epithelium. Therefore definition of a level of carbohydrates, egesting with excrements can serve a criterion of a choice of tactics of treatment.
